We are NOT interested in minor varieties found in pocket change.
Base metals (copper, zinc, nickel, aluminum, iron, tungsten, etc.) and non-precious metal alloys such as brass, bronze, steel and nickel silver.
Anything that is merely plated with gold or silver, including anything that is marked as plate, GF (gold filled), HGE (heavy gold electroplate), EPNS (electroplated nickel silver) or 1/20.
Any jewelry or other scrap metal items that are attracted to a magnet (gold, silver and platinum are not magnetic).
Turquoise, jade, diamonds and other gemstones. Remove any valuable stones before bringing jewelry items to the store. Visit a jeweler if you need assistance removing stones.
Watches, other than any precious metal content.
Stamps.
Sports cards.
Rocks and minerals.
Antiques, other than collectable coins and paper money.
U.S. coins that are not worth more than face value, such as most state, territorial and parks quarters, Eisenhower dollars, Sacagawea dollars and Presidential dollars. However, if part of a larger collection, we may at our discretion offer to pay face value for such coins.
Anything which, in our sole discretion, is deemed to be something we cannot use.
